Bus Registration begins at 8:00am, Wednesday June 5th!

The Maynard Public School District, pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws will provide free transportation to all students in Grades K-6 who live 2 or more miles from their school.  

**  2+ MILE K-6 FAMILIES MUST FILL OUT THE FORM LINKED BELOW SO WE WILL KNOW HOW MANY SEATS ARE LEFT FOR OTHER STUDENTS. **

ALL OTHER students in grades K-6 who live fewer than 2 miles from school and ALL STUDENTS in Grades 7-12 may receive transportation for a fee.

NOTE: Students entering 7th grade who lives 2 miles or more from school are charged the bus fee.

This fee system is established to help subsidize the full cost of transportation services in combination with school budget funds.

** REGISTRATION IS ON A FIRST-COME/FIRST SERVE  --  SPACE AVAILABLE BASIS **

Students in Grades K-6 who live 2+ miles from school (free) are assigned a buses first, then other students based on availalbe space.  Registration forms are time-stamped and given a number for the order in which it was received.

BUS FEES
1st Child                                     $270.00
2nd Child, 3rd, 4th each        $220.00

There will be a new fee waiver form available AFTER July 15th

Bus Passes will be mailed out the week before school starts. Bus routes are subject to change.
