Maynard Public Schools is partnering with CIC Health to offer three forms of testing: Routine Covid-19 Safety Checks (formally pool testing), diagnostic tests for symptomatic individuals who get sick at while at school, and diagnostic tests for asymptomatic close contacts (Test and Stay). More information about each type of testing can be found at https://www.doe.mass.edu/covid19/testing/ . We encourage all students and staff, regardless of vaccination status, to participate in these testing protocols. Please take a moment to provide your consent to have your child participate in these programs via the online consent form at https://www.cic-health.com/consent/ma?district=Maynard . More information about the logistics of the program will be coming forward in the next week.
